We’re looking for handmade and fair trade goods – anything from furniture, jewelry, and instruments, to art, clothing or wares. We are also open to accepting applications for services such as Tarot readings, Henna, massage and more! Please note – participation in last year’s festival does not guarantee a spot at this year’s festival.
The festival begins on Friday the 6th, setup any time after 11am. Vehicles are not permitted on the festival grounds but volunteers can be provided to help set up your booth. The festival gates open at 5pm until midnight on Friday evening, 10am to midnight on Saturday evening and 10am to 5pm on Sunday.
Craft selection is juried so your application will be evaluated along with others received. This is to minimize the duplication of artisan market offerings, offering festival goers a selection of arts to choose from. The festival is only interested in HANDMADE crafts, or products that showcase original art. We ask that you provide photos or weblink to your work along with your application.
Upon acceptance, the application/booth fee is $125 and is to be received by mail within 2 weeks of your offer of acceptance.
PLEASE NOTE – once accepted, your application fee is NON refundable. In return for your application fee, successful registrants will be given the following:
· Space of approximately 10x10 feet
· 1 table, 2 chairs
· Two badges, access to festival grounds (one for artisan, one for assistant)
· Overnight security of the area
· General lighting of the Artisan Market area during evening hours
· Inclusion of artist/artisan name in the program (if application is received and approved before program print date)
